Maria is a senior partner at McKinsey & Company. She is the leader of the consumer, retail and fashion sector for Iberia, helping to support, transform and grow a wide range of industry clients. Prior to joining McKinsey, Maria spent over 15 years at Oliver Wyman, most recently leading the retail and consumer goods practice for EMEA and LATAM.
