Gill is a Partner in the Deloitte Digital office in London.  She has worked with retail clients for the past 14 years across grocery, fashion, general merchandise and luxury.  Gill specialises in the Customer domain, helping retailers to define their ideal data-driven omnichannel customer experience, translating this into the capabilities they need to deliver this experience and implementing any relevant technology and the associated business change to realise the desired value.  Gill has experience across personalisation, loyalty programme strategies, personalised offers, customer decisioning, customer data platforms and marketing automation.
