Celso is a seasoned business leader with three diverse yet complementing chapters on his background: entrepreneur, consultant and executive. As an entrepreneur he has launched and managed several start-ups in eCommerce, Telecom and Retail; as a Strategy consultant at Accenture he led projects on Go to Market strategy, M&A, Corporate Governance and growth strategy for multiple clients in diverse industries (FMCG, Beauty and Personal Care, Retail, Technology, Education); as an executive he has led Strategy at Samsung, Analytics and Revenue Management at J&J and currently leads eCommerce for PepsiCo Europe.

Celso has over 10 years of board related experience and over 15 years of executive experience, having served on the operating boards of Samsung and J&J, playing leading roles in strategy, pre-deal M&A, company-wide incentives design and pricing. He has also served on commercial leadership committees of PepsiCo, both in LATAM and Europe, playing pivotal roles in revenue management, profitability turnarounds, eCommerce and digital transformation.

Celso has an MBA from Insead and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from FGV.
