With over eight years of experience in the digital space, Alejandra Tenorio joined RMS Beauty in October 2022 as the Director of Digital Marketing. She focuses on direct-to-consumer strategies that drive revenue growth, build brand awareness, and foster customer loyalty. Alejandra’s strategy for customer acquisition and retention focuses on personalized experiences and utilizes data-driven insights to craft targeted campaigns that truly connect with consumers. Previously, she served as the Marketing Director at Fitglow Beauty, where she led the indie brand to triple-digit eCommerce growth and was responsible for go-to-market omnichannel business strategies. Her digital career began at Haute Living Magazine as the Digital Editor. There, she oversaw the beauty section, managed advertorial partnerships with plastic surgeons and dermatologists, and contributed to editorial strategies alongside the editor-in-chief. In 2023, Alejandra was recognized by Yotpo as a Marketing Honoree in the Amazing Women in eCommerce category. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism Creative Media from the University of Alabama and earned her MBA from the University of Miami. She is motivated, inspired, and driven by her Venezuelan heritage to help future generations of Latinas have a seat at the table.
